MURRAY, Ky. — Registration for summer 2020 courses at Murray State University will open for current and prospective students beginning the week of April 6. Classes will be offered online only, with more than 300 available throughout the summer term. Summer courses offer several benefits, including flexible scheduling through distance learning and a reduced workload for future semesters as students continue their pathway toward graduation.
Murray State accommodates undergraduate and graduate students of all disciplines and schedules by offering short-term (two-week), five-week and 10-week sessions.
Non-Murray State students interested in taking a summer class may have their $40 admissions application fee waived, and are asked to contact the University Transfer Center at 270-809-3350 or by emailing email@example.com.
“Summer courses offer a great opportunity for students to earn extra credit hours and get ahead in their college careers,” said Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Tim Todd. “Murray State University is proud to offer classes across a multitude of disciplines, with more than 300 courses available entirely online. No matter your schedule or geographic location, Murray State provides Racers with flexible and valuable summer classes.”
The first slate of summer courses begins May 11. For more information and to view the summer course schedule, visit murraystate.edu/summer.
