Carter and Clark take viewers on a trip through Murray State’s campus to learn how Racers stay healthy and how they can help others, too. Check it out to see if Clark winces as she gets her flu shot at MSU Health Services and smiles as she warms up with Hot Yoga.

Viewers looking for something with a little more intensity will want to stay tuned to learn more about what it takes to be involved in a Tough Mudder event.
