The next episode of Roundabout U takes a closer look at the new school year at Murray State University. Co-hosts Sarah Clark and Jim Carter welcome new and returning students to campus.
Cameras caught up with Racer festivities around campus as students poured back into the residential colleges and began their college activities. As always, community members pitched in to help students with the move-in. Clark and Carter spent time catching up with Dr. Randy J. Dunn, MSU president, as well as with parents who were dropping their students off for the new year.
Also caught on camera is “Explore Murray,” a gathering in the CFSB Center for new students that is a traditional part of Great Beginnings. MSU’s annual Great Beginnings program allows new students the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the campus and fellow incoming freshmen. In addition, “Explore” hosted its own version of The Voice this year.
